herniated disc & ms

i was diagnosis with ms & a herniated disc around 9/99,i have constant pain in my right foot when i put pressure on the ball of it also there's constant tingle and burning feeling in my right hand and arm.my question is this related to ms or the herniated disc or both,the herniated disc is located below my neck.i'm getting different opinion from different doctors.
