scheuermanns kyphosis and pain(apex T7-8)

i am having severe thoracic, upper abdominal, and diaphramatic pain. my kyphosis is 80 degrees however an hemangioma complicates the surgical options. my hands and feet burn constantly, get to sharp stabbing pains at night,have deep pain loss on thighs, chest, shoulders, spasms in legs and arms and while i wear a body jacket continously, pain control is getting harder to achieve, am only up about 5 hrs aday, lying relieves pain but not parathesias, or burning. might i benefit from a VATS procedure ot clean up the discs? thanks
