I have a T10 left sided space occupying lesion that causes some LUQ radicular pain. Recent MRI with contrast saysintradural, extramdullary lesion most consistent with a neurofibroma/schwannoma with diff dx of possible hemangioblastoma and meningioma. I am 47, in great health and want to know the best way to prepare and recover. Any ideas? My surgery date is the 23red of March.
