I'd been told by an ortho I had seen years ago to do special stretches/exercise he had instructed me to do as well as walk. I admit that i didn't stick to the stretches/exercise faithfully, but did try to walk. The walking was very painful. I wouldn't get very far before my back would seize up and I would be limping home. Could this be because I'm not stretching adequately? Now any time I exercise, i.e. swim, walk, stationery bike, I am practically incapacitated a few days later. How can this be beneficial? I also tried two different chiropractors, but for me it was of no help. I would love to hear about the exercises that people do here with condition and if chiropractics have helped.
