i : I have been diagnosed with a spinal synovial cyst that measures 2 cm.. It is located between the Right 3rd and 4th lumbar. The treatment plan is surgery. Does anyone know if this is the only available treatment? Has anyone had this procedure? Please let me know since surgery is scheduled April 12.
