: Hi Melissa. Thanks for your input. You don't mention if you have scoliosis. Is that why you're seeking CST? Thx... Janet
Actually i have a hernated disc which is causing spinal stenosis. The disc is located at L4,5 i feel as if i am running out of time and set a surgery date which is not what i want. My case is unique so that makes it more differcult at my age. My lumbar spine is like an older woman's.
CSt can still help me though from what i have heard after sugery ( if i go through it). CST has been effective in scoliosis and that seems to be the main thing they emphasize on. Plus after surgery tissue stuff, Scis, yadda yadda. Find more out about that chinese stuff. Or neuro-muscular integration and scroll down this message board because evryone has their 3 million opinions and they can be helpful..Email me firstname.lastname@example.org to let me know whats up and dont stop trying. --melissa
