: I was recently injured by a, believe it or not, yoga instructor and possibly ending with a chiropractor. it is a brand new injury, a ruptured disc at C6, C7 discovered positively by MRI. I have seen one neurosurgeon and am going again to get a second opinion. spinal fusion was the recommendation of the first neurosurgeon i saw. I am now on steroids, pain meds, and xanax to help me sleep. Any info. would be appreciated greatly. thankyou, Rebecca Dillon

I have just had a spinal fusion and am recovering at home!!! I feel great if a little weak with no real pain
