: I HAVE RECENTLY BEEN TOLD I HAVE SPONDYLOSIS OF THE LUMBAR AREA AND AM WONDERING WHAT IS THIS AND HOW TO FIX IT.

DEAR ROBERT I've also been diagnosed with SPONDYLOSIS. The best advice that Icould give, would be that, try to deal with as much pain as your body can except. The reason I say that,is because I've had 5 surgeries to try to have it fixed, but nothing seems to work. The surgen who performed these surgeries, told me that, they were not correcting, and that they would only relieve the pain. Although it did that, Istill am in alot of pain, and was told that Ineed more surgery, but why put my body through that, if its not going to help fix the disease. anyway, as I'm sitting here to type, I am in servere pain, so Imust let up and will talk more about this at a later date. your help Daniel Campbell
