cervical spine

HiI was on the net looking around to see if I could find a place in boston to have a cervical fusion done if the test Im going to have come out positive There was a few articals I read where people are not having such good luck with these operations Im not sure where this message is going to go so if someone can let me know thank you.I will tell a little bit about my story Ihave a titanum plate in my neck that was to stablelize it after a first cervical fusion failed now the disc below are failing and cousing me alot of pain in my arms and shoulders fingers become numb toes my elbows feel like the nurves are sitting on the out side of the skin could someone tell me what all this means??????????
