: My husband has been diagnosed with Lumbar Spinal Stenosis, and has been told that without surgery, his condition will continue to deteriorate and he will continue to lose function in his legs. We are searching for a good back surgeon now. Have any of you had this surgery, and how are you feeling now? Thanks.

hi, 7/28

my medical diagnosis, originally, degenerative disc disease and then the diagnosist at the time of surgery: Spinal Stenosis

I had fusion surgery 2/14 and feel I am doing very well. Please email me if you would like specific information! I had pain in my legs and thighs and groin area for a year and it did get progressively worse. I am working hard with a PT and tried everything that was recommended before I had surgery. I would call my experience successful and I'm 48.
