I have been diagnosed with a spinal synovial cyst in the spinal canal between the 4th and 5th Lumbar. It's pressing on the nerves in the canal and surgery has been advised as the only solution. Are there any alternative treatments? Can someone let me know if they have had the surgery and the outcome?
