Neurosurgeon recommendation in San Francisco-help

Hello,
I was hoping to find someone who has an excellent neurosurgeon. I was hoping that you might share
your success with me.
I am trying to find a neurosurgeon in the San Francisco area. I have been debating the pros and cons of

a 2-level lumbar fusion. I had an unsuccessful L-4/L-5 laminectomy and discectomy 3 years ago.
Since then, I now have 2 collasped disks and in addition, a mylegram showed a
clear nerve root cut-off.(L-4/L-5) I am also having a host of other problems.........the fun never ends!
I do not have a neurosurgeon in this state.I would really appreciate any help!! Thanks so much!! Dottie
