Check out Vitamin B-12 (Methycobalamin) on the
Web. These are sublingual lozenges that you put
under your tongue. Also, do a search for the
'Neuropathy Association' on the Web. That is where I learned about Methycobalamin. They also have a bulletin board and there is a lot of discussion on the benefits of this for regeneration of nerves. I am trying it.
