Hu~ The placement of BAK cages are much easier to detect than screws. Normal standing x-rays showed my cage had moved to the left approximately 4 cm. With the screw in my back that is irritating the nerve though, they did an MRI to confirm their suspicions. It clearly showed that the screw was digging straight into a nerve. The standing x-rays and then bent over ones, flexion-extension I presume, should be able to tell if the screw is slipping or cracked. If they come out ok and you are still in pain, an MRI might be wise. Good luck!
