I just had surgery yesterday at 7:00AM on L-3 and L-4 and was out of the hospital at 2:00PM. I'm very slow in getting up and down but feel pretty good otherwise. The hardest part was just getting to the hospital and back, which was OHSU in Portland,Oregon. I can move my right leg a lot easier now and starting to get some feeling in it,too.
