Hello, I also have a Syrinx from ~C2-T8 and share some of your symptoms. From what I have been able to find out there is little that can be done outside of a shunt to drain the Syrinx. I have opted to not go for the operation since the risks are so high for infection and clogging of the shunt opening a whole new can of worms.
