I went through 4 years of every medication, PT, pain management. I had ACDF surgery and was feeling 'normal' afterwards. I recently found out that I have another HNP and my doc's want to try the conservative approach again...?? If work has the painreturning........STOP. You'll only make matters worse...I had numbness in both hands and wrists....though it was carpal tunnel....ignored it.....paid for it....ACDF has been a lifesaver in the past and hopefully in the future...regards
