Hi I'm new to the board and just wanted to know if any one has filed any lawsuits for failed back surgeries.
2 years ago I had a laminectomy for a herniated disk and was sent for physical therapy 4 weeks after the surgery. The therapist put me through such a rigorous workout that I believe caused my failed back. I know that back surgery isn't 100% but my life as I knew it is over.....constant pain.....lost my business......can't work.....yadda yadda yadda!!! Please let me know if any one has had any luck with a lawsuit.Thanks MJ-- Email me at mscript39@aol.com
