It radiated from the back of my neck up and around my face I could feel every blood vessel and vein as if they would explode. It lasted approx. two minutes. It started to subside and then went away for 30 min. and then returned not as strongI went to the hospitol and they gave me musle relaxers and pain meds IV and I went home I have slight tenderness in back and neck still and cannot look down Can you suggest whgat happened?
