Diastematomyelia,Tethered Spinal Cord

The condition briefly described in the heading was subjected to 11 years
of heavy labor and multiple flexion injuries.  It went undiagnosed
for 13 years from initial symptom onset and 9 years from severe symptom
onset, to surgery in 1995 at 37 years of age.
Surgery result in total resolution after 3 years!  After being
hospitalized with total paralysis of my lower extremities in 1986 by a
mining injury, I used a back brace and medication to beat on my hidden
condition for 4 more years!  During this period I was diagnosed with
DDD, epilepsy, sacroiliac joint syndrome and etc.  In 1990 still undiagnosed
I was forced to leave my career as an underground miner, the diagnosis,
spina biffida occullta causing DDD and epilepsy!  Between 1990 &
1995 it no longer took heavy labor and injury to onset my condition! 
Overall symptomalogy improved, but suffering and confusion still prevailed!
My persistence lead to an MRI in the States and my cousin Dr. James
Landers who was at the Mayo Clinic at the time, evaluated it with Dr. Charles
Peterson..  Now, my cousin had already been in touch with the physicians
who had misdiagnosed the condition in Canada. My cousin was aware of the
legal implications, due to the fact I had been deprived of all financial
coverage which was in place at the times of misdiagnosis, due too misdiagnosis.
So what Dr. James Landers, of the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota,
did is to enter into an elaborate scheme of lies and deception!  The
physicians who made the most major misdiagnosis in Canada, manipulated
my medical file!  Dr. James Landers of the Mayo Clinic in Rochester
Minnesota, used his connection in Toronto to arrange surgery, and insure
the surgeon would co-operate in the conspiracy to conceal!  These
surgeons have went on record to state that "11 years heavy labor and recorded
flexion injuries did not aggravate my daistematomyilia with its tether
and secondary narrowing"!
My cousin attempted to make sure his name was not directly found in
my records, in order to inhibit the interconnection between the misdiagnosing
physicians and the surgeons who operated on me!  His interconnection,
is today recorded fact!
Inspite of what records of my life depict, my medical file shows me
to be an alcoholic drug addict who is mentally ill.  In spite of the
fact I have been married 20 years, have two children, a clear criminal
record, an excellent work history, college diplomas and the proven ability
to adapt to a very difficult situation, while researching and comprehending
my very complex congenital anomaly daistematomyilea
.
You might ask, what kind of a man does this type of thing!  Well,
Dr. James Landers, and I use the term Dr. loosely, does research which
other real doctors utilize!  To maintain the research grants he must
produce results, which inturn keeps him employed!
However, what is the credibility of any results he may produce, for
what I have stated in this letter is not conjecture, but provable fact.
His allegiance to his fellow physicians surpassed it's intended purpose,
he has displayed a total lack of judgment in this instance and in others. 
I would scrutinize any research documentation he comes out with very carefully!

The spina biffida occulta in my spine was undetectable when first x-rayed
in 1982, at the time of first injury!  Four more years of heavy work
and more injuries made it visible in 1986 on plain x-rays.  Two more
years, more injuries and heavy labor, produced signs of degeneration at
the location of the spina biffida occulta in 1988 and at this same time
the diagnosis of epilepsy was made.  By 1990 x-rays show significant
disc space narrowing and a host of  symptoms pointing to a lesion
in the CNS!
The injuries and labor aggravated the diastematomyelia by surpassing
it's elastic limit and caused the damage to the discs.  The resulting
split disc and disc prolapsed, caused and combined with the resulting inflammations
to initiated brain symptoms via the spinal cord up to the base of the brain.
The fact that back pain and spasm resolved, my toes sit flat again,
bladder and bowel function are restored, the bulk of my left leg returned
and brain symptoms are 80% resolved, proves my condition was not congenital
in onset.  Yet, Dr. James Landers, Dr. Charles Peterson and the Mayo
Clinic of Rochester Minnesota which they represented at the time, are still
on record that my condition was congenitally developmental, as are the
surgeons they conspired to conceal with in Canada!

Presently I still have not  received coverage from any source,
not even my private disability insurance, due to the lack of medical confirmation
of the facts!  I presently possess 11 years mining experience, Two
College Diplomas for Mine Engineering and a physical which states me to
be in excellent condition!  Yet secure employment is out of my reach,
due to the absence of liability coverage from the workers insurance board!
The absence of this coverage is due to the absence of the settlement of
my claim, which is a direct result of lying cheating and with holding of
the truth by low level and top level medical professional.  Orchestrated
by Dr. James Landers of the Mayo Clinic Rochester Minnesota.

This Dr. James Landers of the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota, has
harmed my wife my two innocent children and myself!  He did this all
to protect his millionaire colleges, from a bankrupt disabled underground
miner.  He could have told the truth or said nothing at all instead
he chose to lie, believing I wasn't intelligent enough to figure it out!

Now, does he falsify research documentation to serve his purpose, believing
it will not be questioned and that no one will figure it out?  I believe
this is a question, for the good of a great many people, that must be answered!
