i was in a automobile accident in which i have been suffering from 3 vertebraes in my neck are twisted and kicked out to the side. Can doctors do surgery to fix them ? my doctors says i may have some permanent injury. Is there not anything they can do. How can a insurance company put a price on a injury like that? if anyone has any advise please let me know. i haven't contacted a lawyer yet. the accident was 4 months ago in north carolina. Thanks
