spinal tumor??????really worried!!!!!

hi,i just recently started having numbness and tingling in my feet and hands and buttocks,i also have pain in lower and mid back.....and sometimes my chest.also at night in bed my right upper arm hurts,last night i had a weird burning sensation in my right foot(heel) felt like i had actually stepped on a bee or something!i also have alot of weakness in both my arms and legs! i do not know if this is connected,but...my lower back pain seems to be connected with a sensation of having to have a bowel movement.twice i had urinary incontinence(but i don't still have this)could someone please tell me what this may be??????!!!!!
