I was in a car accident and ended up with neck surgery. I also went through PT and that just caused more pain! The surgery helped the original problem but caused every day cervicogenic headaches in which I'm taking a lot of drugs daily to deal with the pain. I had Anterior Cervical Disectomy and fussion with a plate on C5,6 and 7. I'd like to know if anyone else might have had this happen too. : : : Hi I'm new to the board and just wanted to know if any one has filed any lawsuits for failed back surgeries. : : 2 years ago I had a laminectomy for a herniated disk and was sent for physical therapy 4 weeks after the surgery. The therapist put me through such a rigorous workout that I believe caused my failed back. I know that back surgery isn't 100% but my life as I knew it is over.....constant pain.....lost my business......can't work.....yadda yadda yadda!!!
