I had a fusion of the L5 to the L3 vertibre on the 11th of sept. This was after my car wreck the fusion takes 4 months to set permanatly.
Its been a long 6weeks after and i still havn't started my therapy. But everthing will get better.
If you have it don't just don't let it get you down. Everone i've talked to say that you'll be back to 100% in a the most a year. I dunno if this info. helps , but i figured you sould know
