I have a c4/c5 herniation with bone spur(per MRI) with pain and numbness down my arms, hands, back and sides. I am trying PT now with ultra sound, heat and traction. The only thing that seems to work for about an hour is the traction. I had xrays about a year ago at a chiropracter that read, 1. Mild osteopenia suspected. 2.Mild facet joint degeneration from L3/L4 through lumbosacaral level. 3. Moderate mid to lower thoracic spondylosis is present with mild disc narrowing. 4.Shallow right thoracolumbar curvature.5. Early spondylosis at C5/C6 accompanied by early uncovertebral joint arthrosis on left side. I am 41, is any of this normal at this age? How long should I wait for results of PT? Thanks, Sandy
