Sandi, Mary, or whoever might help me here. Is the surgery you are discussing, surgery for the spinal stenosis or a fusion? My father was just diagnosed and his dr. has mentioned doing a laminectomy. I am trying to find out how successful it is. If this is what you had done, could you e-mail me so we can talk? Sandi, I am sorry you had such a bad time with your surgery. My father is 80 years old, is doing better now, but still has to use a walker. I am wondering at this point in his life should he have the laminectomy, but his dr. says it is quite successful. I have never heard anything good about any type of back surgery. Thanks for listening. Suzanne
