: Hi! I, too, have cervical spinal stenosis, from c-2 down through t-1 where I start having another problem. You are right, most stenosis is in the lower back and finding information is almost impossible. Does anyone know where one can find more information on this? My MRI just came back with bulging disk and congenital cervical stenosis. Both cervical (vs. lumbar) and congenital (vs. degenerative) stenosis are supposed to be rare so its hard to find any information at all. The soonest I could schedule for the neurosurgeon is in 2 weeks. I'm desparate for more information during that wait. Thanks!
