: This is the second episode of low back pain and left leg pain in past year. I have had a mri and mylogram and the mri shows nothing and the mylogram shows L4 and L5 as only mildly bulgding. Most of my pain is in my left leg with numbness in big toe. The biggest problem I have had is that I can't walk but about 10 minutes at a time without sitting down. The pain is too unbearable. I have seen a nerosurgeon and he seems to think this is treatable with anti-inflammatories. I got a little better after the first episode but the pain now has been bad for about 6 weeks. I work a physical job and cannot work at all right now due to the pain and discomfort. Any advice? Thanks, Rog
