00Last night I had trouble sleeping, so just as I had finally fell into sleep I woke up scratching my skin so hard that it felt like my skin would rip off. This made hives everywhere. My heart was racing so fast I thought forsure I was going to die last night. Finally, after about three hours of this, I dozed off. Now, I am wide awake four hours later and my heart is beating so rapidly because I am so afraid of having another attack. I am so scared and I feel like I am going crazy. If anyone knows what I can do to help subside these feelings, please help. :(
