I began having panic attacks about two years ago, at the age of 33, but I think I've had the condition my whole life. I had intense nightmares where I would wake up screaming as a child, which I feel was the beginning of the condition. After smoking a joint when I was about 12, I had my first real attack. Anyone else have a similar experience? Did it start with nightmares and 'wierd' feelings when you were a kid?
