Hey SID thanks for saying that, oyu felt like holding me in your arms... you know I am really glad you made an appointment with a psychiatrist (I am pretty sure this is the right spelling now). You are obviously in need of help. And there IS help. You made the absolute right decision. Yes numbness is so typical of depression too... as is the oversleeping and undereating and letting the room become a mess... SID please do me a favor be CAREFUL with those pain killers ok??!!!! Sleeping 18 hours does NOT sound normal, even for somebody with depression. Ask somebody how many you can take if you are not sure. A healthier kind of help is on the way soon. Kathrin
