I feel like I'm to young for this but it's hit me. I'm only 22yrs old and I'm getting panic attacks. Granted I work in a very stressfull environment, however I shouldn't be feeling this way. I've tried BUSBAR and Ativan, but neither worked . Any advice, sometimes at work a friend will give me a xanax to calm down after a stressfull day. Is this normal so young?
