Hi Sue,

It is great you feel better this week! I'm glad you 'know' how you can get the dizzyness away...with a diet. I tried this also, but it does not work on my. This was 5 years ago. Maybe I have to trie agian, but I have this 'eating disorder' when I'm stressed (all day long). I just keep on eating everything! It is not good for my weight, becayse I'm getting havier each day. Fortunately, when I'm ill or something, I wont eat an then my weight goes back to almost normal.
I'm not married yet, because I'm only 19 years old. But a got a boyfriend for a while. I do not talk very much about the dizzyness, because He doesn't understand. Unless you had that dizzyness, you will understand people who have it.
It is not only the dizzyness, but it is the fear that it will happen again.
You said you try to stay when you feel worse, I try to. But the really nasty thing is that I tried it for 7 years and it just won't go better.

You add your message on this board, probably because you're stressed. Can you tell my the reason of your stress. Being lucky doen't mean you feel lucky. Are you afraid of somethings special, people example?
I am, but I'll tell you later about that if you like.

I hope you will do wel the next days and I ques I talk to you later.

Joan
