I figured I would start a new message string since I am getting confused on who said what, when. Anyway
I don't always buy this thing that my anxiety is caused by stress. But, that is what my drs.
keep telling me. I do have a stressful life, but not anything werid. That's what confuses me.
My newest doctor tried to explain that since I am so sensitive to everything, medication, sun,
foods, etc., that my body can actually respond to normal stress in an anxiety producing
way. Sounds good, but who knows. Right now I have my back thrown out and that of course
causes me anxiety because I wonder will it get better. This is another one of my obsessive things.
When I don't feel great, I get worried. I wish I knew more answers but it is a good thing that you
have found this site and you can talk to others like you. At least you know you're not alone.
When I figured this out, or actually when I was in high school, nothing like this was even reality.
So, we are lucky that now we have others to share our fears, etc. with. Try to stay focused
and not afraid of this thing. We can overcome it! I have been staying away from the sugar and
I do feel a little calmer. So, you teach acting? I just enrolled my 12 year old son in acting classes
and it is the best thing I ever did. He is quite a ham! Let me know how you are doing. What grade
do you teach? Where about do you live? I am in the Northeast and have a 5th grader and 7th grader
(who is not doing too well). Talk to you soon I hope!
