My panic is accompanied by feelings of dizziness and derealization. I feel like I am detached and this feeling exists even when I am not having a so-called attack. I have seen several anxiety specialists and it has been explained to me that this all stems from ANXIETY. The key is to get yourself to change negative thoughts and RELAX. A combination of medicine AND therapy may be the best route.
