Hi. I'm new here. I have had panic attacks for several years and as you all know, they really suck. I quit smoking 3 days ago and last night I had a terrible attack! I'm sure this may be a withdrawl symptom from the nicotine. Has anyone else had more intense attacks while they were quitting smoking also? How long will it last?
