I get the exact same thing. along with a bunch of other symptoms 24/7. have had EKGs tons of bloodwork and so far nothing. i am going to go see a cardioligist just to be safe. anyway, mine has happened like ten times in the last 4 months. I all of a sudden get like hot,sweaty,out of breath, heart beating,feel like i'm going to faint,and i AlWAYS,have to have a bowel movement. like i have to have diarrhea. i have the stomache ache and everything, but it's normal. and also i get shaky and the chills, like i have a fever, but i dont. sounds weird. I also suffer from palpitations,some dizziness, some shortness of breath, some nausea, etc. so, i have a hard time believing the dr,s when they say it's anxiety, so i'm going back and hopefully getting some more tests.
