I 've experiencing an extra beat for the past five days. They persist through out the entire day. Probably between 200-300 extra beats per day. In between the extra beats I have a steady heart. I don't experience any pain or light headedness at all. They started shortly after I had approximately 6 cups of hot tea. I normally don't consume that much caffeine to begin with so that was probably the culprit. But it's been five days now and the extra beats have not subsided at all. I would think after a days the effects of the caffeine would disipate. How long should I expect, approximately, for the extra beats to continue? It is extrememly annoying living with them do to the fact that they are so constant through out the entire day. Sometimes one after the other. Is there anything I could do besides the obvious of eliminating the caffeine which I have done? Will a cardio work out help at all?

Thank you very much
