When the human body has taken all it can take, symptoms of many illnesses manifest and display outwardly. That is why so many stress sufferers are also hypochondriacs. Symptoms include, chest pain, palpitations, missing or skipped heartbeat (ectopic beat), headaches, dizziness, unable to breathe, confusion, lethargy, spaciness, shakiness+tremors, hypersensitivity, paralysis, a horrendous variety of every major illness out there. That is why those of us who are stressed feel that we have MS, lupus, brain tumors, heart problems, etc. We are truly feeling the symptoms, however the causes for these symptoms are created by our brains and not a true illness. When we go to the Dr. to have these symptoms checked out, and all reveals negative, it creates even more anxiety because we are certain that we are truly ill. It is an awful circle. We then believe that if we truly have a major illness of some sort, it will go unnoticed, believed to be imagined. Unfortunately all we can do is keep having our symptoms checked out in case something actually does occur, and take cuckoo pills to try and relieve these symptoms. I have had every symptom imaginable, and was convinced I had every major illness known to mankind. Turns out I was just stressed. I still feel many of the symptoms, even knowing fully that I am not ill. I take Paxil and Xanax and firmly believe that there is not a proper medication created for anxiety.
