HELLO ALL FELLOW TWITCHERS OUT THERE!!!
I am 19 years old and am literally a walking muscle twitch in and of myself. It has gotten so bad that I will be standing there literally counting how many times my muscle can twitch in different spots on my body in a given time period. I have facial, VAGINAL--so weird, arm, leg, butt, thigh, neck, eyes...EVERYWHERE.
I ALSO AM DIZZY WITH EXTREME TINGLING ON SCALP, FEET AND FINGERS....I am scared because it just continues.

Please anybody who has any info regarding these HATEFUL little muscle jerks (pun intended:) --please e-mail my personal address.

ALSO I HEARD MAGNESIUM DEFIENCY COULD CAUSE TWITCHES>..\

PS...ANYBODY WITH HEART TWITCHES OR PALPITATIONS>>>I THINK IT'S THE SAME AS THE MUSCLE TWITCHES SINCE THE HEART iS A MUSCLE??

: Oh thank god! I thought while laying in bed this morning and feeling my foot flinch and then the muscle in my upper thigh flinch 20 seconds later and then my right hand twitch 10 sec's later that I absolutely, positively must have a degenerative disease.
: I was told my doctor that it is related to my stress and anxiety but now that I read that other suffer the exact same thing as me with anxiety that it isn't a muscle degeneration problem. *phew*
: I'm on 10 mg's of Paxil and clonazepam for the bad times. I'm doing okay so far. No big panic attacks (only had about 8 of those) but anxiety attacks everyday. Now I'm just getting aggitated by this constant muscle flinching. It drives me around the bend!!!
: I sit here and type and one part of me or another jumps. Sometimes it doesn't happen...and of course, I don't think of it then.
: I feel sometimes that the jumpiness is from the Paxil. And that I want to quit taking it.
: Anyway, it puts me at rest to know that I'm not alone with this muscle flinching problem.
