:I have heart palpitations too. Only when I get extra stressed out, which is not as often now. You should get checked out by a physician, I agree, if everything ok, I would try looking at the stressors in your life, maybe try some nervine herbs., if your not already on medications etc. Try some Taiji or Yoga.Let me know if you would like some help. I have had extra beats and skips for years. I have had echograms, stress tests, used the holter, you name it. The doctor has said I have a healthy heart and that this is normal. They are called PVC's (premature ventricular contractions). I find that they are more annoying than anything else, but I am glad I had all the tests. I find that vitamins, stress and caffeine makes them worse and excercise has lessened them. Get checked out just for your own peace of mind.
