I am looking for someone to share experiences with as the sole caretaker of a stroke victim. My spouse is 52 and according to the "experts" will never be able to walk again even with a walker. He is paralyzed on his right side and it has been almost 14 months with no sign or improvement. He doesn't seem to have any will to get better. Is this to be expected after this long? He is on antidepressants.
