My parents both died at 58 yeares of age. One had a Cerebral Hemmorage (Blood Clot was at the base of the brain), and other had two Aneuryisms - one in the stomach and the other in the brain. The one in the brain ruptureed. Both went into a Coma short after and passed way in three days from the day of the stroke. Both had earlier symptoms. Both smoked (not good). Both were anxious people (not good). Both had high blood pressure - one parent they could not keep blood pressure under control. The parent with the aneurism - genetic. Runs in the family. I have high blood pressure since I had toxemia with my first born (only child). Have it under control. My sister has high blood pressure (has it under control). Blood pressure and ulcers run in the family - along with strokes. So - we have seen this in many family members - and much of this is hereditary -
We can only keep our blood pressure under control, don't smoke, have regular checkups for the blood pressure, and try to RELAX - don't get excited (bad thing to do). Also - aneurisms someties have syptoms - a pulsating (like a heartbeat) where it should not be.
