I too, have Bells Palsey. I was diagnosed a week ago last Thursday. I am 14 years old, and I had it when I was 12 too. I guess I am one of the rare "lucky ones" that get it. I was on Acyclovir for a week and I guess it helped a little bit, but not that much. I don't want people to see me, and I don't want to go to school either. Last time I had it for 5 weeks, and the doctors said its caused by stress. (probably from finals) I have shingles too. My right side of my face feels like a big bruise, Im guessing from the feeling comming back.
