: My wife had a madula stroke about 3 years ago that affected her vision and balance. A friend told me that she had seen a feature on one of the morning TV news shows about a new intensive exercise therapy for stroke survivors. It involved 6 hours of exercise a day for 3 to 4 weeks. Does anyone out there know about this therapy?

hi dave, I myself was interested in that therapy but have no knowledge of how to get my affected arm moving in the first place if my good arm is tied down I'll not be able to do anything at all. now for the vision therapy if you find your way to the TBIchat discussion board at tbichat org. you can click on any message posted by Karen Shansi Krans and she puts a link to her tbi social network there is a great site there for vision therapy
although my stroke didnt affect my vision much i've not been that deep into that page the link is at the very bottom of every post she makes. if you should go there please siggn her guest book and leave a note letting her know I refered you there she is a good friend of mine. best of luck to you and your wife.Larry coldiron
