Maybe just a few times a year I get a horrible dizzy spell that comes out of nowhere. Even if I am sitting down I get dizzy like someone is pushing on the top of my head, and the room spins. It happened to me again last night (It hadn't happened before that in about 6 months so I forgot all about it) and I was walking and lost my balance. After I felt a little bit more normal from the dizziness I didn't have any numbness or weakness on one side of my body, but I did have a headache and felt terribly tired. Could this be vertigo, or should I get checked out if I had a possible mini-stroke? I still feel a little dizzy a day later after it happened. I am only 34 and I think I am too young to have a stroke. I should probably at the very least go to the doctor, but I am not one to run to the doctor over every little thing.
