mini stroke/ right eye

My vision was fuzzy on Monday. By Tuesday it was much worse and I went to my eye doctor, then to my family practice dr., & then to an opthmologist(sp?). They decided that I had had a mini stroke which affected the nerve that controls my right eye.I'm seeing double and was told it could be 6 months before it gets better. Now every error I make (a typo on the computer or bump in to something) I think it has to do with the mini stroke! I'm a 58 yr old female with no risk factors and I walk 5 miles a day. Anybody else have similar problems?
