My husabnd last week was talking to me & I noticed that the right side of his lip was slanted down. When I asked why he was talking like that he said like what and it went right back to normal. Yesterday my daughter asked him why his lip was going down & when he went to respond it again went back to normal. Is this signs of a stroke or bells palsey?
