I am an Activity Therapist in a long term care facility. I am currently treating a 63y.o. female who suffered a subarachnoid hemmorhage in June of this year. She appears to be recovering quite well wtih some left sided paralysis w/ her arm being worse than her leg. I am curious to know how much cognitive damage these can cause. We are having a difficult time deciding if her behavior is of a cognitive nature or of a manipulative nature. Any help is much appreciated by ALL the staff!!
