S stands for speech or any problems with language,
T stands for tingling or numbness in your body,
R stands for remembering or any problems with thinking,
O stands for off-balance,
K stands for killer head-ache,
E stands for eyes or any problems with vision... it will look different in each person, stroke is a medical emergency, dial 911!
